As Property Sales Progressor (known internally by us as Statutory Sales Executive), you’ll meet (and exceed!) our sales income and targets as you deliver a fantastic customer focused experience to current and potential customers, promoting our home ownership services all the way!
Typical day as a Statutory Sales Executive
- Managing all sales activity, progressing sales and achieving targets.
- Assessing potential customers ability to purchase properties, guiding through the agreed approval process.
- Supporting with marketing and campaigns relevant to each sale, including resales, staircasing and statutory sales campaigns.

You bring
- A property sales background, with experience across marketing and sales.
- You’ll know your resales from your staircasing to statutory sales, confident to progress from start to finish.
- Be a people person with superb customer service and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of the mortgage process, financial assessments, intermediate, outright and affordable home ownership schemes.
- Comfortable working with digital marketing media or can quickly learn.
Senior Sales Executive

Typical day as Senior Property Sales Executive (know as Statutory Sales internally)
- Leading and guiding a small team of Sales Executives and Assistants, supporting complex cases and helping your team to build their confidence and knowledge through regular coaching.
- Managing and driving the end-to-end sales process, making sure every transaction is smooth, compliant, and leaves customers feeling supported as they take the big step towards owning their home.
- Writing and reviewing sales listings, materials, digital content and campaigns to make sure they’re accurate, engaging, customer-friendly, and land on time.
- Keeping trackers, forecasts and performance data updated so we stay on track, spot risks early and ensure sales transactions run smoothly.
- Championing smarter ways of working, helping us use digital tools like Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to save time and deliver great service.
- Representing our statutory sales team at events and meetings, bringing our work to life and showing how we help customers and communities thrive.
Property Sales Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Progression Manager (known internally by us as Lead Statutory Sales Executive) to lead a team responsible for affordable home ownership resales, staircasing, remortgages, tenant sales and transfers of equity. In this role, you'll apply your expertise in sales progression to help drive our team towards achieving positive customer journeys and exceeding sales targets.
Key responsibilities include being a primary contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service, addressing service requests and complaints promptly, and improving work quality overall.

About the role
As a Property Sales Progressor, you’ll work closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth, efficient transactions across new-build, resale, and shared ownership homes. From reservation to exchange, you’ll coordinate with customers, solicitors, and stakeholders to keep everything on track.
Your organisation, proactive mindset, and commitment to great service will be key to meeting targets and delivering a seamless customer experience. Experience in housing or secondary sales processes - such as staircasing, Right to Buy/Acquire, or remortgaging - would be a bonus, helping you hit the ground running.
You’ll play a vital role in helping Accent create high-quality homes and thriving communities - bringing ideas and initiative to improve how we work and enhance satisfaction every step of the way.

Salary
The salary for the Property Sales Progressor is £29,273 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
About you
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service environment, ideally within the housing or property sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience in maintaining accurate database records.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the conveyancing process.
- A proactive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and meeting performance targets.
