As a Shared Ownership Sales Executive you will deliver a fantastic customer focused experience to current and potential customers, promoting our home ownership services all the way! What you’ll do Managing all shared ownership resales activity, progressing sales and achieving targets Assessing potential customers ability to purchase properties, guiding through the agreed approval process Supporting with marketing and campaigns relevant to each sale, including resales, staircasing and statutory sales campaigns Keeping accurate records on statutory sales and resales transactions, supporting monthly and annual reporting Attending open days, launches and other sales activities.
