You have Experience in;
- Shared ownership re-sales and affordable home ownership
- Experience in end-to-end property sales
- Strong leadership skills to coach and motivate others
- Great knowledge of compliance and affordable housing rules
- Confidence using Salesforce and interpreting sales data
- A knack for writing clear, engaging sales content
